Deliveries, Freight Elevator and Loading Dock

All deliveries must come through the loading dock (except for messengers and non-cart food delivery) and are limited to twenty-minutes and two freight elevator trips during business hours. If the vendor is on your list of regular vendors previously submitted to the Building Office, Security will allow access. If they are not on the list, you will need to contact the Tenant Services Coordinator and make arrangements 48 hours in advance for access.

 

Note: Pallet Jacks are NOT permitted in the Building at any time. For deliveries of heavy equipment, the delivery company must make arrangements to off-load the items onto smaller, more manageable carts before taking them into the Freight Elevator. Longer deliveries and moves will need to be scheduled after-hours (6:00 pm - 7:00 am). Reservations for the loading dock and freight can be requested through Angus. Requests for large deliveries must be submitted to the Building Office 48 hours prior to delivery, are subject to Building Management approval and will require a Certificate of Insurance.
